Personal training is the most individualized program that supports your fitness needs. You are provided the full attention of a trainer for one hour. The trainer will be by your side pushing, or pulling, you through an individualized workout. Personal training provides the most attention to your particular concerns and needs. This level of individualized attention is also for members only.

5 sessions: $21.33/person for 3 clients
5 sessions: $16/person for 4 clients
