Water Exercise

Our aquatic group exercise program encourages people of all ages to use the buoyant qualities of water to enhance their physical well-being through exercise. It’s an ideal way for people of all ages to increase physical strength and endurance without putting undue stress and strain on joints.

Water Aerobics is a low impact aerobics class for which all fitness levels would benefit. Water Aerobics will be offered in two separate classes. The YMCA will be offering water aerobics at the Irish House swimming pool.

Winter Session – January 14 – March 8
Registration: Members – December 23, Non-Members December 31

Tuesday Morning Class: 9:30-10:15am
Tuesday Evening Class: 5:30-6:15pm

Spring Session – March 18 – May 10
Registration: Members – February 25, Non-Members March 4

Tuesday Morning Class: 9:30-10:15am
