Our facility features a 3,000 square foot fitness center, complete with a full set of free weight equipment, treadmills, AMT’s, stationary bikes, recumbent bikes and elliptical trainers. Our indoor rubberized track is 1/10th of a mile and is perfect for both running and walking, while our full size gymnasium offers space for pickup basketball games and volleyball leagues. Patrons are invited to use our whirlpool and steam room for the perfect post work-out regimen.

Our game room and indoor playground offer entertainment for families and children of all ages. Additionally, we have a study room with computers and free printing. Y members and non-members can also take advantage of our nursery while working out, taking a class or otherwise using the facility.
