Birthday Party Rentals

It’s time to celebrate!

When:

• Friday evenings from 5 pm - 7 pm

• Saturday afternoons from 1 pm - 3 pm (unavailable February - early March)

Cost:

• Members: $135; Non-members: $175

• Two week notice required.

• 30% deposit required at time of booking; final payment due at time of party

Birthday Party Package Includes:

• Access to indoor playground, game room and gym

• Party set-up by YMCA staff

• Two hour party

• Party tables and up to 12 chairs

• YMCA gift for child

• General party decorations provided

Special Notes:

• Up to 12 friends allowed

• Adult Supervision is required at all times in every location the children are participating in.

• Renters are responsible for cleaning up the area after party concludes (except for Y provided decorations)

Cancelation Policy:

• Two weeks’ notice is required to receive a full refund of deposit.

• Less than two weeks cancellation forfeits deposit and no refund will be issued.
